Orange-Wheat Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    2/3 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
    In a blender, mix egg, oil and juice.
    Add all at once to the dry ingredients and mix just to moisten.
    Add raisins.
    Divide batter among 12 Pam sprayed muffin cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 approximately 20 minutes.
