Beef Rouladen(Estimate 2 Rouladen Per Serving) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    thin strips of round steak
    1 1/2 c. beef stock
    1/2 c. white wine
    Dijon mustard
    flour
    chopped vegetables: onion, carrot and celery
    1 small can tomatoes
    1 bay leaf or 2
    1 Tbsp. potato flour dissolved in 1 Tbsp. wine
    stuffing: 1/2 lb. ground pork or pork or mixture of both
    8 strips crisp bacon
    2 Tbsp. breadcrumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    pinch of thyme or sage or both
    salt and pepper
    8 dill pickle slivers

    Vary stuffing ingredients according to your taste, but do not omit pickle.
