Cottage Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. minced onions
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
Preparation
    Combine egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard and pepper in large bowl.
    Add beef, cottage cheese, onions and green pepper; mix lightly, but thoroughly.
    Shape into loaf in baking pan.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Let stand a few minutes before removing from pan to serve.
    Yields 6 servings.
