Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pork roast
    1 large hen
    1 bottle catsup
    1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce
    hot sauce to taste
    3 cans butter beans
    3 cans whole kernel corn
    1 gal. tomatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 small pkg. rice
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook roast and hen in big pot until tender.
    Cut roast and hen into bite size pieces.
    Cook rice in some of the water the roast and hen were cooked in.
    Add all the ingredients and simmer about 1 1/2 hours.
