Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. Hellmann's
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. toasted and buttered sliced almonds
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
crushed potato chips to cover top
Preparation

To toast almonds, place with 1 teaspoon butter in microwave and cook on High for 1 minute.
Stir and repeat process.
Mix all ingredients, except cheese and chips.
Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole (buttered).
Top with cheese and crushed chips and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
