Smoked Sausage And Rice Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 c. cooked rice or 1 bag Success rice, cooked
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat butter in electric frypan.
    Add peppers and sliced sausages.
    Stir-fry for a few minutes until sausage browns a little, then add tomatoes that have been cut up.
    Add salt, pepper and rice; bring to a boil, then lower heat and cover and simmer 15 or 20 minutes.
