Jelly Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar and salt; beat for 10 minutes.
Add other ingredients.
Spread in a jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 1-inch).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until cake \"sizzles.\"
Place a clean cloth dish towel which has been dusted with powdered sugar over pan when it comes from the oven.
Invert pan, spread with jelly of your choice.
Roll carefully and allow to cool.
Dust with sifted powdered sugar and serve.
