Ingredients

1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. honey
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Blend vinegar, mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl.
Add sugar, onion, honey and parsley.
Season to taste.
Mix well. Whisk in oil gradually.
Store in covered container in the refrigerator.
