Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 green bell peppers
    12 red bell peppers
    12 large green tomatoes
    6 to 8 large onions
    salt to taste
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Grind all vegetables together.
    Salt to taste.
    Cover with boiling water and let stand 15 minutes.
    Drain very well.
    Add vinegar and sugar.
    Cook for 10 minutes. Put into jars and seal.
