Patti'S Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    Parmesan cheese
    Contadina pizza sauce
    shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Add yeast to 1/4 c. lukewarm water and set aside for 5 minutes. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt; make into a well. Add 1 c. warm water and olive oil.
    Stir slightly, add yeast and stir well.
    Turn onto floured surface and knead well.
    Oil hands and form dough into a ball, making sure surface of dough is coated with oil.
    Place ball in large greased bowl and cover with wax paper.
    Cover with a tea towel.
    Let rise 1 hour in a warm place.
