Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 c. cooked, drained yellow or green squash
1 large onion (may be cooked with squash)
1 stick margarine
1 c. warm cottage cheese
1 roll round cheese flavored crackers, crushed (save some for topping)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mash squash.
Blend all ingredients well.
Pour into greased casserole dish.
Top with more crushed crackers blended with melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until crackers are brown.
