Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    8 oz. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    2 (16 oz.) cartons sour cream
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    2 c. cornflakes or Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, cheese, margarine, sour cream, onion, soup, salt and pepper.
    Put into casserole dish.
    Mix 1/2 cup margarine with cornflakes.
    Put on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    (May be prepared ahead of time and frozen.)
