Baked Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    Cajun seasoning
    1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. Romano cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic (granulated)
    1/4 lb. butter
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    paprika
Preparation
    Bake potatoes (preferably on the grill).
    Cut the potatoes in half and scoop out the insides.
    Mash potatoes; add all ingredients (except paprika) and whip until smooth.
    Make boats from foil; put the potato shell in the boats.
    Fill with potato mixture.
    Sprinkle paprika on the potatoes and return them to the oven for 15 minutes.
