Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 oz. pepperoni, diced (1/2 c.)
    1 small clove garlic, minced or equivalent garlic powder
    1/2 c. finely crushed crackers
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan or Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley or dried parsley
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    dash of pepper
    1/3 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
    Dice stems and fry in margarine, along with the onion, pepperoni and garlic.
    To that, add the crackers, cheese, parsley, salt, oregano and pepper.
    Mix well, then add the broth and mix again.
    Spoon this stuffing in mounds into the mushroom cavities, then place these mushroom caps (stuffed side up) in a baking pan with about 1/4-inch of water. Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
