Grandma'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 stick butter
2 1/2 c. broth from chicken
1 pkg. stuffing mix
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 fryer, cooked, boned and diced
Preparation

Mix together first three ingredients and set aside.
Then mix together next four ingredients and set aside.
Beat together the next two ingredients.
In 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish, put a layer of stuffing mixture.
Top this with all of chicken, then top chicken with remaining stuffing mix.
Pour egg mix over top and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
Add cream of chicken soup on top of this and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
