Nonfat Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. fresh skim milk
    1 c. powdered skim milk
    3 Tbsp. ready-made yogurt
Preparation
    Heat milk until warm.
    Do not boil!
    Stir in powdered milk and yogurt.
    Pour into a suitable container and let stand in a warm place overnight (an oven with a pilot light is a good spot).
    The next morning, refrigerate.
    When this batch of yogurt is almost gone, save several spoonfuls for the next batch.
    This will still work if the yogurt is frozen, then thawed for a new batch. Thickness can be changed by adding either more or less powdered milk.
    You may also use regular or 2% milk.
