Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. potatoes, cut
1/2 c. celery
1 c. water
1/2 c. carrots
1/4 c. onions
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 tsp. salt
1 dash black pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onions, parsley flakes, bouillon cube and seasonings; mix well.
Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until all veggies are tender.
Gradually add milk and flour mixture to vegetables.
Cook until thickened.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
