Coffee Cake (Not Yeast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    water
Preparation
    Mix flour, brown sugar, nutmeg, salt and oil together.
    Take out 3/4 cup.
    To this, add cinnamon and nuts; set aside.
    To the rest of the mixture, add the buttermilk, eggs and baking soda. Mix well and pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle nut mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Mix confectioners sugar and water together; drizzle over warm cake.
