Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. chicken
    1 stick butter
    2/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 small can diced chilies
    2 small cans mushrooms
    1 pkg. large flour tortillas
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Boil chicken; cut into small pieces.
    In a saucepan, blend the butter, flour, water and soup.
    Bring to a boil; stir constantly for 3 minutes.
    Then add sour cream, chilies and mushrooms. Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Soften tortillas in hot oil and drain.
    Roll chicken pieces in tortillas and arrange in a casserole dish.
    Pour sauce over tortillas.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Remove and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
