Too Easy Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 c. powdered sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla or liqueur
    chopped nuts or coconut for rolling balls in
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips in microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes. Stir after each minute and stir until completely melted.
    Beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually adding sugar.
    Add melted chocolate and vanilla.
    Refrigerate 1 hour, then shape into 1-inch balls and roll in nuts or coconut.
