Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    4 eggs
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    6 or 7 slices white bread, cubed
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and butter.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Add crushed pineapple.
    Stir in cubed bread.
    Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until lightly browned.
    A dash of cinnamon may be sprinkled over casserole before putting in oven.
