Chicken And Ritz - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken
4 c. broth
1 1/2 c. celery, diced
1 1/2 c. cheese (Velveeta)
1 large onion, sliced
2 eggs
1 large can mushroom soup
4 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz)
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Cook chicken until done.
Take out bones.
Mix broth, celery, cheese, onion, eggs and soup, then add chicken, crackers, salt and pepper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or longer.
Serves 20 people.
