Poppy Seed Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large potatoes
    3/4 lb. grated Cheddar
    bacon bits
    milk
    4 green onions, chopped
    1 pt. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    poppy seed
Preparation
    Boil potatoes (skins on) until tender.
    Cool, peel and grate. Stir all ingredients together.
    Add enough milk to make \"squishy.\" Sprinkle very generously with poppy seed.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0. (Freezes well.)
