Greek Cheeseburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
8 oz. plain low-fat yogurt
4 romaine lettuce leaves
4 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
1 tsp. dried mint
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 seedless cucumber (unpeeled), cut into 1/4-inch pieces
14 hamburger buns
1 large tomato, thinly sliced
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine ground beef, Feta cheese, cumin and mint just until blended. Shape into 4 (4-inch) round patties. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
