Ham And Egg Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. diced cooked or canned ham
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    6 hard-boiled eggs, coarsely diced
    1/2 c. sliced gherkins
    2 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Combine ham, eggs, celery and gherkins.
    Blend remaining ingredients; add to ham mixture. Toss lightly.
    Season with salt and pepper, chill.
