Hearty Potato Sauerkraut Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. can sauerkraut (undrained)
8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 large cubed potato
2 medium chopped carrots
1 medium onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 lb. cubed Polish sausage
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer until vegetables are tender.
Garnish with bacon and hard-boiled eggs, if desired.
