Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. chopped nuts
4 qt. popped corn
Preparation

Melt butter.
Combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
Microwave at 30% for 4 minutes; let stand 2 minutes.
Stir in soda and nuts.
Pour over popcorn; mix until well coated.
