Pecan-Coated Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 small (5 oz.) jar processed sharp cheese spread
    1 small onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Let cheeses warm to room temperature.
    Then beat together until light and fluffy and blended.
    Beat in onion and garlic. Chill.
    Roll into a ball, then roll in chopped nuts until well coated.
    Keep in refrigerator until needed.
    Spread on crackers.
