Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen, chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 can undiluted mushroom or chicken soup
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 egg, beaten
    cheese cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli about 8 minutes in boiling salted water; drain. Mix soup, mayonnaise, onion, cheese and egg with broccoli.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart dish.
    Bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0
    then sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
    Bake 10 minutes.
