Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
23 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small Cool Whip
1 pt. strawberries, sliced
Preparation

Beat egg whites and gradually add sugar.
Beat until stiff or in peaks.
Crush crackers and fold into mixture.
Add pecans and vanilla.
Pour into greased pie pan and bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0. Let cool and top with Cool Whip and strawberries.
