Easy Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pineapple chunks (undrained)
    2 cans fruit cocktail (large chunks), drained
    2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
    1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 eggs
    1 c. whipped cream
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix vinegar, sugar and butter over heat.
    When warm, stir in slowly the eggs, well beaten.
    Cook until thick.
    Let cool.
    When ready to serve, add 1 cup whipped cream.
