Peanut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. sifted cake flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream oleo and gradually add sugar.
    Cream until light and fluffy.
    Beat 10 minutes on electric mixer.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add eggs one at a time to creamed mixture, beating well.
    Add flour; mix alternately with milk and vanilla. Beat after each addition.
    Batter should be smooth.
    Pour into 3 greased 9-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
