Famous Lemon Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole eggs, unbeaten
    1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. pecans
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine first
    six ingredients.
    Mix with fork or whisk (do not use electric mixer).
    Stir in pecan pieces.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
