Strawberry Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sugar
8 oz. sour cream
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 regular graham crusts (not jumbos)

Preparation

Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add vanilla extract, then gradually add the sugar.
Beat until smooth.
Beat in sour cream until mixture thickens.
Fold in Cool Whip and mix thoroughly until mixture is thick.
Spoon into graham crusts, leveling as you go.
Top with sliced strawberries.
Place in fridge for 12 hours. Makes 2 cakes.
