Thick Peach Diet Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. fresh sliced peaches
2 drops almond flavoring
1/2 c. skim milk
4 to 8 ice cubes, cracked
1 pkg. Equal (sweeten to taste)
Preparation

Process peaches, milk, Equal and flavoring in a blender.
Add ice cubes, one at a time, and blend on high speed.
Twelve ounces have 75 calories.
You may substitute bananas or strawberries for the peaches.
