Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. broccoli
    10 cubes chicken bouillon
    7 c. hot water
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped with some of the tops
    2 c. flour
    5 c. milk
Preparation
    Use equal parts of chicken broth and milk.
    Melt butter.
    Stir in flour until smooth.
    Add to hot broth and milk mixture to thicken.
    Saute celery and onions (in butter).
    Add to mixture. Add frozen box of spinach which has been thawed first.
    Add sliced fresh mushrooms, white pepper and celery salt.
