Sausage And Egg Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    pepper to taste
    8 slices white bread, crust removed
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute and drain sausage.
    Beat eggs with milk, salt, mustard and pepper.
    Cube bread and layer cubes, sausage and cheese in buttered 9 x 13-inch oblong pan.
    Pour egg mixture over bread and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
