Crabmeat Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks margarine or butter
2 c. white onions, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
2 lb. crabmeat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
red pepper, garlic salt and seasoned salt to taste
Preparation

Saute onions, celery and bell pepper in margarine until golden brown on low
heat.
Add
crabmeat,
soup, green onions and parsley.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes.
Season to taste with red pepper, garlic salt and seasoned salt.
Remove from heat.
Add bread crumbs.
Pour into
buttered 3 quart oblong baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
