Nana'S 3 Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can kidney beans
1 can garbanzo beans
1 can green beans
1 medium onion, coarsely diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. sugar or less to taste
2/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
2 small hot peppers
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Drain beans; empty into bowl.
Add onions and garlic.
Combine all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour over beans; stir to coat.
Chill at least 12 hours, 24 hours is better.
