Chicken Pollo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    2 pkg. artichoke hearts
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 tsp. fresh garlic
    1 stick butter
    3/4 to 1 c. white wine
    1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. half and half
Preparation
    Dust chicken in flour.
    Fry in oil until golden.
    Set aside. (Keep warm.)
