Zucchini-Hamburg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 medium zucchini squash, sliced thin
    2 medium onions, sliced thin
    oregano
    2 or 3 medium tomatoes or canned whole tomatoes
    grated Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown hamburg lightly.
    In greased 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole, put layer of hamburg, layer of onion, layer of zucchini and layer of tomatoes.
    Sprinkle lightly with oregano.
    Repeat layers again. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
