Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 potatoes
margarine
big spoonful of sour cream
1/2 pkg. cream cheese
shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook potatoes in salted water; mash. Add margarine, sour cream and cream cheese. Put in baking dish sprayed with Pam. Add shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and cheese melts, 20 to 25 minutes.
