Braunschweiger Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. braunschweiger
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 oz. cream cheese with chives
1 Tbsp. dill pickle juice (optional)
garlic salt (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and form into ball.
Frost with softened cream cheese with chives.
