Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    milk
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    flour
    5 c. broth
Preparation
    Put egg in a measuring cup and fill up to 1/2 cup with milk. Pour in a mixing bowl.
    Add shortening and salt.
    Add enough flour to roll out.
    Cut in strips as desired.
    Put into boiling broth. Cook until tender.
    Serves 4.
