Stir And Drop Cookies(No Mixer Needed!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Beat eggs with fork until well blended. Stir in oil, vanilla and lemon.
    Slowly blend in sugar until mixture thickens.
    Slowly add flour to cookie mixture.
    Drop by teaspoons on greased baking sheet.
    If desired, press each cookie flat with bottom of glass dipped in water then sugar.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown.
    Sprinkle with red or green sugar crystals at holiday time.
    Great for kids to make!
