Butter Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. butter
    1 c. granulated sugar
Preparation
    In a saucepan, pour 1 cup milk.
    Gradually add flour with a fork, stirring quickly to avoid lumps.
    Heat to a boil, stirring constantly. Set aside to cool.
    Cover paste with wax paper to keep smooth.
    In a small mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar. Add cooled paste. Beat until smooth and creamy.
