Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lightly beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
2/3 stick margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. flour
Preparation

Mix sweet potatoes, 3/4 cup of sugar, salt, eggs, milk, vanilla and 1/3 stick melted margarine.
Blend with mixer until smooth.
Pour in long, greased baking dish.
