Ingredients

4 eggs, separated (at room temperature)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
5 Tbsp. boiling water
3 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. whipped cream
toasted almonds, sliced
Preparation

Beat egg whites in small bowl until stiff. Place chocolate chips in blender.
Whirl until broken apart.
Add water.
Whirl until smooth. Add egg yolks and vanilla.
Whirl 1 minute until blended.
