Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak, enough for your family
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. bell pepper
Preparation
    Cut round steak into cubes.
    Brown steak in oil.
    Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 cup water.
    Simmer 30 minutes. Add 1 cup water with 1 teaspoon cornstarch.
    Add celery, onion and bell pepper.
    Cook 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
