Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. uncooked macaroni
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. margarine
    3 qt. water
    1/4 c. margarine
    12 oz. light pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Bring water, salt and 1 teaspoon margarine to a boil ina blancher.
    Add macaroni and cook 7 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    While macaroni is cooking, melt the 1/4 cup margarine in a 2-quart microwave-safe dish in the microwave on High for 30 seconds.
    Add cheese and milk and cook on Medium-high for 2 minutes and stir.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes longer, until cheese is melted.
    Stir well until blended.
    Drain macaroni well and add to cheese and mix well.
    Serves 8.
